I am the Senior Manager – Human Resources at Spectra Luminaires Private Limited, leading key HR functions including talent management, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development. I am responsible for building structured HR systems, strengthening workplace culture, and aligning people practices with business goals across corporate offices and manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on creating a positive and performance-driven work environment.
